Precision Machined Parts

Harley & Son specializes in advanced machining for the development and production of precision machined parts and assemblies.

Harley & Son specializes in CNC precision machined parts for aerospace, medical device, and electronic industries. We are certified AS9100 and ISO9001 certified to ensure the quality of all our products and services.

The advantages of using a CNC Precision Machining process are that is is far more precise than manual machining and can be repeated in exactly the same manner many times over with accurate results. Due to the precision possible with CNC Machining, we are able to manufacture complex shapes that would be almost impossible to achieve with manual machining. CNC Precision Machined parts are used in the production of many complex projects in very demanding industries, and these qualities are why CNC Machining is used in jobs that need a high level of precision and quality.

After our precision machining process, we offer a variety of finishing and processing services, and it goes through our defect-free quality inspection before shipping to our customers. We also provide CAM/CAD Programming services.
